Our Return and Exchange Policy
We hope you are pleased with your purchase. However, if you decide to change your mind, we offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days from receiving your item to request a return.
Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return, your item must be in the same saleable condition as when you received it, unused, with tags (if applicable), and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.

Return Procedure
If your return is approved, we will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label and instructions on how to send your package back. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted. Please note that we do not cover the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to a mistake by Jabeh.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery and reach out to us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We will assess the issue and make it right.
Returns of Large/Heavy Items
A pickup fee and/or a 10% restocking fee may apply for large or heavy merchandise.
Items Not Eligible for Return
Certain items cannot be canceled, returned, and exchanged such as custom (special orders or personalized items) and made-to-order products. If you have questions about your specific item, please contact us.
Exchanges
The quickest way to get what you want is to confirm eligibility for a return via email, return the item you have, and make a separate purchase for the new item. We will issue a refund for the returned item once it arrives.
Alternatively, upon approval, you can return the item, and wait for it to be received at our warehouse, and once accepted, we will create an exchange order and email any outstanding invoices if applicable.
Out-of-State Policy
All international orders are final sale. We do not accept returns and exchanges on international orders.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. We strive to ensure your purchase reaches you promptly and safely. Here is an overview of our shipping policies:
Domestic Shipping
We are pleased to offer free domestic shipping on orders over $200. For orders under $200, shipping fees will be calculated at checkout based on the shipping method and destination.
International Shipping
We offer international shipping with fees and shipping times varying based on the type of product, stock availability, and the policies of the shipping carrier. Please note that international orders will not be processed and charged until you approve the international shipping costs. All international orders are final and are non-exchangeable and non-refundable.
Processing Time
Most in-stock items are processed within 2-3 business days. Custom or made-to-order items may take longer to process. We will notify you of any significant delays in processing your order.
Delivery
Delivery times depend on the shipping method chosen and the destination. Estimated delivery times will be provided at checkout.
Please measure your space (doorways, elevators, stairways, etc.) before purchasing products from us to ensure they will fit into your home. If a product does not fit, it will be sent back to us, and outbound and return shipping charges plus a 20% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your shipment.
Shipping Restrictions
We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Certain items may have additional shipping restrictions due to their size, weight, or destination.
Lost or Damaged Shipments
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If your shipment is lost or arrives damaged, contact us within 3 business days to qualify for credits or adjustments. Changes to Your Order
